Our office is conveniently located on South Mountain Boulevard in Mountain Top, PA. We're easily accessible from both I-81 and Route 309, with ample parking available on site.
From I-81 North:
- Take exit 164 (Mountain Top)
- Turn right onto PA-309 N
- Continue for approximately 2 miles
- Our office will be on your right at 685 S Mountain Blvd
From I-81 South:
- Take exit 165 (Wilkes-Barre/Mountain Top)
- Turn left onto PA-309 S

- Our office will be on your left at 685 S Mountain Blvd
We offer free parking directly in front of our office. There are ample spaces available for patients.
